Yes. I am pleased to offer telehealth or video calls, given that you are in WA and OR states and in a quiet place and NOT driving, as it is best for you.

They can also be 45 min or 30 min long, depending on what stage of treatment or consultation we’re at.

Couple sessions are 1.5 hours long.

The first session with me is an intake process where I’ll gather important biopsychosocial information to better understand you and your unique situation. We’ll spend time identifying any presenting problems and then develop goals for individualized treatment.

I use a variety of evidence-based interventions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual client. During the intake process, I’ll explain different interventions and suggest a few that might be applicable to your specific situation.

Some of the common therapies I use are:

  • Cognitive behavioral therapy -CBT
  • Dialectical behavior therapy-DBT
  • Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)
  • Culturally Sensitive
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Gottman Method
  • Motivation Interviewing
  • Solution Focused Brief (SFBT)
  • Family Systems
  • Coaching
  • Emotionally Focused
  • Gottman Method
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Interpersonal
  • Psychodynamic
  • Strength-Based
  • Trauma Focused

After the initial intake session, we’ll schedule a follow-up session where we’ll begin building skills, challenging cognitive distortions, and processing emotions that may have been suppressed for a long time.

Throughout our sessions, we’ll continually re-evaluate the goals we set together and adjust them as needed to ensure that you’re making progress.

Using a combination of client reports and clinical evaluations, we will work together to determine when it makes sense to plan for graduation. We’ll continually evaluate our progress and ensure that you’re on track to achieving your goals.
