The Journey That Led Me To

Life has a way of presenting difficulties, but through these experiences, we can
emerge even stronger and more resilient.

Who I Am Today

Who I Am Today

Growing up in the former Soviet Union, I witnessed the struggles of people battling substance use and saw the profound impact it had on families. My own father’s experience with grief and addiction ignited my desire to help others facing similar struggles.

Through my own experiences and professional training, I have dedicated myself to promoting healing and recovery for individuals facing challenges, including addiction, trauma, and life transitions.

My professional journey has included work at being a leading therapist at institutions like OHSU, as well as co-founding center for recovery, Grace In Action. My practice incorporates evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic modalities; I truly believe in the power of a holistic approach.

My passion for helping others is based on a foundation of empathy and understanding. As an immigrant to the US, I know from personal experience how important it is to be heard, accepted, seen, and validated.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for my clients to gain insight into their issues, develop coping mechanisms, and ultimately improve their quality of life.

This is my life story, and I am eager to help you through yours.
